We are the licensee of the renowned behavioral assessment tool Predictive Index® (PI®) and Predictive Index Learning Indicator™ (formerly known as Professional Learning Indicator) in the Middle East and gulf region (GCC). PI offers wide programs that not only assess personalities but also measure people’s work-related behavior and motivating needs. PILI is a scientifically validated tool that assesses people’s general cognitive abilities and is designed as a test which can be used broadly within the organization and for recruitment of all groups of employees.
In December 2010, FMHRC becomes a Business Partner of Leadership Pipeline Institute® (LPI), a Danish registered private limited company conducting business within the area of education and development, including consultancy work, coaching supervision, and educational designs for individuals and corporation. We are a licensee of one of their products, the three Leadership Transition Programmes namely “Leading Others”, “Leading Leaders”, and “Functional Leader” for the development leaders that address the key challenges faced by leaders when they transition to a new leadership level.
