The Leadership Transition Programs® have a documented and validated record when it comes to enabling increased leadership performance both for newly appointed Functional Leaders and for Functional Leaders with high seniority and a high degree of experience. The target audience for the program is Functional Leaders reporting directly to a Business Leader.
The Leadership Transition Programs® can be customized to the experience level and seniority of the target group:
- Newly appointed Functional Leaders (6 months to 2 years in the job)
- Experienced Functional Leaders (2 years to 6 years in the job)
- Very experienced Functional Leaders (more than 6 years in the job)
We can also design the program to address a specific management team where we gather the Business Leader and all the Functional Leaders reporting to him or her.
Furthermore, the programs can easily be customized to capture specific organizations’ desired leadership culture and existing HR tools.
